Preliminary Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Technical Level of Competitive Aerobics Reserve Talents in China
At present,the development of competitive aerobics in China has entered a bottleneck period,and the problem of the lack of athletes is gradually emerging,which may become the key obstacle to the development of aerobics sports in China.In order to solve this problem,we must strengthen the training of competitive aerobics reserve talents,so as to deal with the possible problem of the lack of the follow-up generation of athletes in the future.This paper studies problems related to the training of competitive aerobics reserve talents in China,analyzes the development pattern of youth aerobics,finds current problems in the training of youth aerobics personnel,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in combination with the actual situation in China,in order to provide inspiration for the improvement of the technical level of competitive aerobics reserve talents in China.
