In the process of conducting educational and teaching activities,colleges and universities are paying more more attention to cultural and spiritual education,and physical education,as an indispensable important component of the education and teaching system,also possesses its significant cultural core.College sports culture,as an important component of campus culture,plays a comprehensive role in education.Based on this,starting from the educational function of college sports culture,this article actively explores diversified approaches to constructing sports culture education,aiming to create a good cultural environment in colleges and universities and strengthen the personality development and mental shaping of college students.
