By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the connotation and promotion path of traditional national sports culture confidence in China in the context of the new era,aiming at discussing how to promote the cultural confidence of the Chinese nation through the excavation,protection and inheritance of traditional national sports culture.It is found that the promotion of national traditional sports culture confidence depends on four paths:upholding fundamental principles,consolidating foundations,fostering souls and connecting veins.Specifically,it is necessary to inherit and carry forward the"memory field"of national traditional sports in their original forms,construct and improve the protection and inheritance mechanism and legal guarantee system,adhere to the spirit of national traditional sports culture and the education of socialist core values,and promote the"creative transformation and innovative development"of national traditional sports culture.Through these measures,we can promote the integrative development of national traditional sports culture and modern society,and enhance the cultural confidence of the Chinese nation.
