With the increasing emphasis on health and physical education in society,aerobics,as a sport that integrates sports and art,has an increasingly prominent position in higher education.However,as an important component of physical education in colleges and universities,the development of aerobics faces challenges from various aspects such as the teaching staff and teaching content and methods,and how to effectively carry out aerobics teaching in colleges and universities under the new situation of integrating sports and education has become a common concern in the education and sports sectors.In this context,this study starts from the era background of the integration of sports and education in colleges and universities,deeply analyzes the common problems in the teaching of university aerobics,and proposes optimization paths for teaching in response to these problems,hoping to help improve the level of aerobics teaching in colleges and universities nationwide.
