Research on Physical Education Teacher Evaluation in China:Hotspot Collection,Realistic Reflection and Future Trends
By systematically combing,analyzing and summarizing the focus of research on physical education teacher evaluation,this paper reflects on its research situation and judges its future research trends,which is of great value for the in-depth,scientific and professional research in the field of physical education teacher evaluation.By using research methods such as literature review and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes relevant research on physical education teacher evaluation in China.Results show that the annual number of published papers of research on physical education teacher evaluation in China showed a trend of"slow increase,fast increase and stable increase",which could be divided into the embryonic development period,rapid development period and"stable development period,that research hotspots mainly focused on the index system of physical education teacher evaluation,international comparison and theoretical and practical research,and that research issues mainly focused on the need to improve the research hierarchy and level and a relative lack of research on the integration of theory and practice.Future research will focus on the scientificity,rationality,contemporaneity and diversity of physical education teacher evaluation,and pay more attention to interdisciplinary integration.
