摘要
该文对内蒙古校园啦啦操的推广现状进行了深入分析,教练员人数不足、教学能力欠缺、硬件设施缺乏等,是目前内蒙古校园啦啦操推广面临的问题.通过实地考察及分析,针对未来发展趋势,提出了加强系统培训;完善竞赛体系;加快啦啦操运动与中国传统文化相融合;推进俱乐部建设;推行运动员技术等级认定;大力推进"校园大课间啦啦操"模式;表彰先进,树立典型等发展思路.
Abstract
This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation of promoting campus cheerleading in Inner Mongolia,and the insufficient number of coaches,the lack of teaching ability and inadequate hardware facilities are the problems faced by the promotion of campus cheerleading in Inner Mongolia.Through field research and analysis,for the future development trend,this article proposes development ideas such as strengthening systematic training,improving competition systems,accelerating the integration of cheerleading with Chinese traditional culture,advancing club construction,promoting athletes'technical grade certification,vigorously promoting the model of"Big Recess Cheerleading on Campus",commending figures,and establishing exemplary models.
