摘要

复合式训练(complex training,CT)是高负荷抗阻训练与快速伸缩复合训练的结合.通过文献资料等研究方法,解析CT的作用机制与影响因素,为CT训练计划的实施提供借鉴与启示.结果发现:(1)CT有着4种存在先后顺序与因果关系的作用机制,受训者主要表现出激活后运动表现提高效应,而不是激活后增强效应;(2)CT的主要影响因素包括训练强度、组间间歇、练习动作组合、训练安排以及受训者自身因素.结论:在CT的实践应用中,高负荷抗阻训练强度可设置为80%1RM,组内间歇设置为4~6 min,并穿插其他强度较小、非主动肌的练习,练习动作组合与专项适应,训练时长应大于6周,并根据所处周期选择1~3次/周的训练频率.

Abstract

Complex training(CT)is a combination of high-load resistance training and plyometrics.Through the literature method and other research methods,this paper analyzes the mechanism and influencing factors of CT,so as to provide reference and enlightenment for the implementation of CT plans.Results are as follows.(1)CT has four mechanisms with the sequential order and and causal relationship.Trainees mainly show post-activation performance enhancement rather than post-activation potentiation.(2)The main influencing factors of CT include training intensity,recovery intervals between sets,the exercise of action combinations,training arrangement and trainees'own factors.Conclusion:In the practical application of CT,the intensity of high-load resistance training can be set to 80%1RM,the interval between of sets can be set to 4-6 min and interspersed with other exercises with less intensity and non-active muscles,action combinations and special adaptation can be practiced,training arrangement should be more than 6 weeks,and 1~3 times per week should be selected according to the cycle.
