Basketball is a sport with high popularity rate,and basketball games are loved by people.In a game,free throw percentage has a very critical impact on the score of the game,and especially in the case of fierce confrontation and a small score gap,free throw percentage becomes the key factor in determining the performance of the game.However,free throw percentage is influenced by many factors,such as players'physical fitness,psychology and technical levels and the competition environment,so it is necessary to carry out targeted training according to these influencing factors to improve free throw percentage.This paper mainly makes a comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of free throw percentage in basketball games,and puts forward corresponding training methods on this basis,so as to provide reference for improving the free throw percentage of basketball players.
