The integration of sports and education emphasizes the organic combination of sports and education,and pays attention to the comprehensive development of students.With the continuous renewal and reform of educational concepts,the integration of sports and education has become a brand new educational concept.Aerobics is a sport with the beauty of fitness,bodybuilding and dance,and it has broad application space in physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,this paper adopts the literature method and other research methods to deeply explore the innovation of aerobics teaching in higher vocational colleges under the background of the integration of sports and education,so as to effectively promote the healthy and sustainable development of aerobics teaching in higher vocational colleges under the background of the integration of sports and education.
