The OBE concept is an educational concept which takes the output of talent training as the educational goal,and it first appeared in European and American countries.Ordinary colleges and universities have also affirmed the output principle of talent training in professional certification,and believed that the premise of talent training should meet the needs of social development,and that only by training talents in accordance with the actual needs of social development can they cultivate high-quality and high-ability excellent talents for the country and society.Therefore,based on the OBE concept,with cultivating innovative sports professional applied talents with high professional quality as the goal,combined with some recruitment assessment standards of employers,this study has launched a series of discussions on the reform of the current assessment method of professional physical education courses in colleges and universities in China.
