With the continuous development of society,higher education has put forward higher requirements for cultivating talents with the innovative ability,practical ability and comprehensive accomplishment.Under this background,the proposal of the"Golden Class"concept provides a new guiding ideology for college curriculum reform.The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of the"Golden Class"concept in general physical education courses in colleges and universities,and put forward innovative and reform strategies,so as to improve the quality and level of physical education.Through the strategy of content upgrading,curriculum model innovation,teaching organization improvement and online-offline combinated teaching,this paper aims to create a higher-level,more innovative and challenging subject experience,so as to provide new ideas for the reform of general physical education courses in colleges and universities,and promote the cultivation of students'all-round quality.
