Using the methods of literature,interviews and logical analysis,and taking the youth sports training industry in Liaoning Province as the investigation object,this paper probes into the operation modes and development paths of its high-quality development,and points out that operation modes include the sports club operation mode,the sports-education integration mode and the general sports training mode,and that development paths include increasing the support and guidance of industrial policies,releasing the consuming vigor of the training market,consolidating the quality foundation of employees and optimizing the relevant allocation of sports resources,aiming to provide valuable reference for research scholars.
