In the new era,the sports industry in China has achieved effective development.In order to meet the growing sports needs of the people,it is necessary to give full play to the value of social sports instructors,and actively promote the development of mass sports associations,so as to provide strong guarantees for the high-quality development of the sports industry.The article provides a brief overview of the responsibilities of social sports instructors in mass sports associations,explores the value embodiment of instructors in the development of mass sports associations,and clarifies their positioning in associations,which is conducive to promoting the further reform of mass sports associations.
