Due to their unique geographical environment and fresh and pleasant climate,mountainous summer resorts in China attract a large number of tourists to escape the heat in summer,and among them,the industry characterized by sports tourism for migrant elderly people is gradually emerging.However,in order to better cater to the sports tourism needs of the elderly and improve service levels,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis and formulate optimization paths.This article provides an overview of typical mountainous summer resorts in China,analyzes the cultural tourism attraction characteristics of mountainous summer resorts,then explores problems existing in the sports tourism industry for migrant elderly people in mountainous summer resorts in China,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies,aiming to provide reference opinions for promoting the comprehensive development of the sports tourism industry for migrant elderly people in mountainous summer resorts in China.
