Analysis of the Current Situation and Problems of the Development of Fitness Qigong Baduanjin in Colleges and Universities——Taking the Public Physical Education Course in Civil Aviation Flight University of China as an Example
Because of its unique social,cultural and sports value,health qigong Baduanjin is in line with the requirements of the national attention and inheritance of the development of national traditional sports,and is a specific measure to implement national traditional sports into the campus.Using the method such as literature,field investigation and logical analysis,and taking the public physical education course in Civil Aviation Flight University of China as the investigation point,this paper finds that there are problems in the teaching of fitness qigong Baduanjin in colleges and universities,such as difficult students'memories,single teaching methods,the simple evaluation process and the neglect of cultural inheritance.Based on teaching practice,this paper believes that the teaching of Baduanjin should adopt the teaching method of fast teaching the slow exercise and integrating practice and health preservation,enrich the classroom with teaching in groups and simulating competitions,inherit health-preserving culture with technical movements as carriers,and conduct the comprehensive evaluation of the course from the three dimensions of students'learning,teachers'teaching and actual classroom situations.Implementation results are as follows.After students fully understand the unique health-preserving and exercise value of health qigong Baduanjin,the health-preserving theory"enters"the daily life of college students,and students'interest in learning is significantly improved.Students'attention to fitness qigong Baduanjin has increased,and their enthusiasm for independent exercise has significantly enhanced.
