摘要
新时代苏州市高校竞技体育人才培养面临着新的机遇和挑战.该文对苏州市高校竞技体育人才培养现状与困境进行了分析,探讨了当前苏州市高校竞技体育人才培养的路径:一是加强竞技体育师资队伍建设;二是加大体育设施经费投入力度;三是健全竞技体育人才就业体系;四是丰富多级别高水平运动赛事.力求为进一步构建高校竞技体育人才培养模式提供参考.
Abstract
In the new era,the cultivation of competitive sports talents in colleges and universities in Suzhou is facing new opportunities and challenges.This article explores the current difficulties of cultivating competitive sports talents in colleges and universities in Suzhou from four aspects:strengthening the construction of the teaching staff for competitive sports,increasing investment in sports facilities,improving the employment system for competitive sports talents,and enriching high-level sports events at multiple levels,and strives to analyze the current situation and dilemma of cultivating competitive sports talents in colleges and universities in Suzhou,and further explore the construction of the model for cultivating competitive sports talents in colleges and universities.
