Research on the Influence of Taichi on the Mental Health of the Elderly and Its Mechanisms
With the intensification of the degree of aging in China,paying attention to the mental health of the elderly has become a focus of current social attention.Taichi is a traditional fitness sport in China,and from the perspective of sports psychology,doing Taichi has a positive effect on the psychological health of the elderly,helps promote their social interaction and improves their quality of life,which plays a good role in building the healthy aging society.Based on this,combined with the psychological characteristics and mental health standards of the elderly,this article analyzes the impact of Taichi on the mental health of the elderly,such as improving their psychological state,enhancing their social interaction and regulating their neurotransmitters,and proposes specific exercise methods,so as to provide new ideas for promoting the mental health of the elderly.
