This paper explores the promoting effect of physical education courses on students'health in vocational nursing education from the perspective of the"integration of sports and medicine".By reviewing relevant literature,this paper delves into the intersection of sports and medicine fields,and reveals the importance of sports in nursing majors.Based on the characteristics of vocational nursing majors,this paper explores the practical value of physical education courses from the aspects of promoting physical fitness,improving the teamwork ability and alleviating learning pressure.Physical education courses not only help improve the physical health level of students and cultivate their teamwork abilities and communication skills,but also help alleviate their learning pressure,which provides beneficial support for the comprehensive development of vocational students majoring in nursing.
