摘要
动机是人们为追求某种预期目的的自觉意识,能够影响参与者的积极性.运用文献调查法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,利用认知心理学、体育心理学、教育学等学科理论知识,以浙江警察学院184名在校学生为研究对象,对他们参与篮球运动的动机及影响因素进行了调查.对篮球运动参与动机的影响因素进行统计分析,结果发现:警院学生参与篮球运动的动机的强烈程度由强到弱依次是乐趣、健康、社交、能力、外貌动机;篮球运动参与方式、身体素质和球龄的不同,对学生篮球运动参与动机的影响差异非常显著,篮球运动参与方式尤为突出;篮球运动参与方式、身体素质和球龄与参与动机的强烈程度呈正相关(P<0.01).针对学生篮球参与动机的相关因素,提出促进参与建议,旨在激发和提高浙江警察学院学生参加篮球运动的积极性,增强其终身体育锻炼的意识,为丰富警察院校篮球运动的不断探索和深化改革提供充分的理论依据与参考.
Abstract
The motivation is people's conscious awareness for pursuing a certain expected purpose,and it in turn affects the enthusiasm of participants.Using literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis methods,and utilizing theoretical knowledge from disciplines such as cognitive psychology,sports psychology and pedagogy,this paper took 184 students in Zhejiang Police College as research objects,investigated their motivations to participate in basketball and influencing factors,and conducted a statistical analysis of the influencing factors of their motivations to participate in basketball.The research results have found that the intensity of the motivation of police college students participating in basketball from strong to weak was pleasure,health,the social interaction,the ability and appearance,differences in the methods of participating in basketball,physical fitness and playing years had significant impact differences in students'motivations to participate in basketball activities,with the methods of participating basketball being particularly prominent,and that there was a positive correlation among the methods of participating basketball,physical fitness and playing years as well as the intensity of participation motivations(P<0.01).For the relevant factors of students'motivations to participate in basketball,suggestions are proposed to promote participation,aiming to stimulate and improve the enthusiasm of students participating in basketball activities in Zhejiang Police College,enhance their awareness of lifelong physical exercise,and provide sufficient theoretical basis and reference for enriching the continuous exploration of basketball activities in police colleges and deepening reform.
