Research on Early Rehabilitation Training Methods for College Students Majoring in Physical Education After ACL Reconstruction
The a nterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is one of the important ligaments in the human knee joint, and it plays an important role in maintaining the stability and motor function of the knee joint. However, the ACL may break or damage due to sports injuries, accidents or other causes. In this case, performing ACL reconstruction is a common treatment. This study uses the literature method, mathematical statistics method and case analysis method to design a program suitable for rehabilitation training after ACL reconstruction. This study takes 5 college students majoring in physical education who underwent microscopic ACL autologous tendon reconstruction for the knee joint as research objects, and explores early rehabilitation training methods after ACL reconstruction, so as to improve the rehabilitation effect and functional recovery speed of subjects, improve the current rehabilitation training program and help more college students majoring in physical education and other sports participants to recover their health.
