Sports Injuries and Sports Rehabilitation of Sports Dance
Sports dance is an artistic sport that requires high physical fitness from dancers in training and competitions. Due to insufficient warm-up, irregular movements, unscientific training and the accumulation of minor injuries in the regular training process, dancers suffer from varying degrees of sports injuries, which seriously affects their long-term training and the improvement of their dancing skills, so it is very important to prevent and rehabilitate sports injuries in sports dance. Through literature review, questionnaire surveys and expert interviews, combined with the author's own years of training experiences and teaching experience in sports dance, this paper shows that it is crucial to strengthen core abilities, so it summarizes a systematic sports rehabilitation method to improve core abilities, which can prevent and rehabilitate the sports injuries of dancers to a certain extent, and can also be integrated into the sports rehabilitation of other projects.
