Analysis of the Sports Performance Needs of the Ultimate Frisbee Event
Ultimate Frisbee, as a new top sport, has moved from the niche into the public, with strong social attributes and health value. In order to determine training focuses, improve training efficiency, evaluate training effects and improve competition performance, this paper discusses the sports performance needs of the ultimate frisbee event. Through research methods such as literature, logical analysis, video observation and interview methods, with the frisbee-passing accuracy, running distance and comprehensive scoring ability of the controller as performance goals, and with strength, speed, endurance and agility as event needs, this paper constructs a deterministic performance model to analyze the training intervention and KPI of physical fitness in ultimate frisbee.
