Research on the Balance Problem Between Physical Training and Technical Training in Volleyball
Volleyball requires players to have good technical skills and excellent physical fitness. Physical training is of great significance to enhance players' physical fitness such as endurance and explosiveness and can effectively reduce the risk of injuries, and technical training not only improves personal technical level, but also strengthens tactical consciousness and improves game performance. However, there will also be conflicts and contradictions between the two in implementation, and they will affect each other. This study discusses how to balance physical training and technical training in volleyball, proposes strategies such as developing personalized training plans, reasonably arranging training time and intensity and paying attention to cross-integration, and emphasizes the need to constantly track and adjust training plans.
