Research on the Current Situation and Reform of Yoga Teaching in Vocational Colleges in Zhejiang Province Based on Social Needs
This study uses the interview method to investigate the current situation of yoga teaching in higher vocational colleges, and explores the teaching reform methods of yoga courses based on the perspective of social needs. It is found that yoga teaching in higher vocational colleges generally has problems such as the weak teaching staff, students' poor enthusiasm and initiative, traditional teaching methods, the poor teaching environment and equipment, and the insufficient "professional" characteristics of teaching. Based on the perspective of the social needs of yoga talents, this study puts forward the following suggestions for the teaching of yoga courses: strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, stimulating the enthusiasm of students, reforming the teaching model and so on.
