Research on the in-and out-of-Class Integrated Teaching Model of Physical Education Classes and the Sunny Run——Taking the College of Post and Telecommunication of Wuhan Institute of Technology as an Example
This study aims to explore the impact of an in-and out-of-class integrated teaching model physical education classes and the sunny run on the physical health of college students, and analyzes the implementation advantages and precautions of this model, so as to provide theoretical and practical references for the teaching reform of university physical education courses. Adopting experimental intervention and physical fitness test methods,and taking the College of Post and Telecommunication of Wuhan Institute of Technology as an example, this study establishes the in-and out-of-class integrated teaching model of specialized physical education classes with the extracurricular sunny run. The results show that this teaching mode has a positive impact on the physical health of college students, but in the implementation process, it needs to consider issues such as resource allocation, teacher training, student motivation, safety management and the evaluation system, and give full play to its advantages through practice, feedback and continuous improvement, so as to promote the development of students' physical and mental health.
