Under the background of the "Internet+", the "presence" of smart physical education has fundamentally changed the mode of college physical education teaching, which effectively enriches the teaching resources of physical education courses, and meets the personalized learning needs of different types of students. This paper starts from smart physical education teaching in colleges and universities under the background of the "Internet+", and analyzes the impact and effect of smart physical education on people, existing problems in smart physical education teaching, as well as innovative paths and improvement measures, aiming to provide new research perspectives for college physical education teaching, promote the vigorous development of smart physical education teaching, and improve the education quality of college physical education teaching.
