Reflections on the Integration of Outward-Bound Training into College Physical Education
Using research methods such as literature and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the feasibility and existing problems of integrating outdoor training into college physical education teaching. Research concludes that the development of diversified educational methods, changes in the concept of educational methods, social requirements for compound talents, and the needs of the times of national education provide feasibility for integrating outdoor training into college physical education teaching. The current main problems of integrating outdoor training into college physical education teaching are the relatively single teaching organization, the insufficient innovation of teaching modes, insufficient supporting facilities, and the low quality of teachers. In order to address above problems, this paper proposes strategies for integrating outdoor training into college physical education teaching, in order to provide ideas for the innovative development of college physical education.
