Research on the Application Effect of the Microvideo-Assisted Teaching Method in the Teaching of Optional Volleyball Courses
Objective: In order to apply the microvideo-assisted teaching method to the whole technical teaching of volleyball to explore its application effect, so as to provide reference for the teaching reform of public physical education courses in colleges and universities.Methods: Teaching experiments were used, and 80 college students were taken as research objects. The experimental group was adopted the microvideo-assisted teaching method, and the control group was adopted the traditional teaching method. Teaching time was 14 weeks, and data was analyzed by t test, t' test and non-parametric test methods.Results: The microvideo-assisted teaching method was significantly better than the conventional teaching method in the teaching effects of the dig pass, pass and serve of volleyball, and had no significant difference with the conventional teaching method in the standard score of spiking, but it significantly improved the standardization of spiking techniques compared with the conventional teaching method. Conclusion and Suggestion: The microvideo-assisted teaching method is helpful to improve the teaching effect of elective volleyball courses in college physical education. With the help of modern audio-visual technology, the microvideo-assisted teaching method visualizes thinking, and mobilizes the enthusiasm of students in learning while establishing a timely and effective feedback system, making teacher's guidance more targeted, which has certain application value in public physical education teaching in colleges and universities.
