Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Youth Basketball Training Institutions Under the Background of the "Double Reduction" Policy
Basketball is a popular sport among young people, and the current situation of basketball training institutions is particularly important under policy adjustment. Understanding development status and formulating corresponding strategies have become the key to the sustainable development of training institutions. Through in-depth research on aspects such as the scale, distribution and type of youth basketball training institutions, this study reveals problems faced by youth basketball training institutions in terms of student recruitment, coaching team building, and the organization of events and activities. Based on the understanding of development status, the paper proposes a series of strategic measures to address the "double reduction" policy, which cover the optimization of training course design, the improvement of the level of coaching teams, and the strengthening of cooperation with schools, aiming to adapt to the new policy environment by adjusting the operational models and service offerings of training institutions. Through rational implementation plans, youth basketball training institutions can adapt to policy requirements more flexibly to ensure the quality and effectiveness of training. This paper not only helps youth basketball training institutions better understand and respond to the "double reduction" policy, but also proposes some recommendations for the future development of the sports training industry.
