Research on the Transformation of Government Functions in the High-Quality Development of the Sports Industry in Henan Province from the Perspective of Governance
For the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the sports industry, the rational use and full play of government functions play a pivotal role. By methods such as literature and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the sports industry in Henan Province in detail and systematically interprets the implementation of the policies of the various functional departments of the government. Through the text analysis of a series of relevant documents, it is found that there are some problems in the implementation of government functions in the development of the sports industry in Henan Province, such as weak support, emphasis on policy formulation and the neglect of policy implementation. For the development of the sports industry, this paper puts forward transformation strategies for government functions in Henan Province: boosting economy to promote the high-quality development of the sports industry in Henan Province, strengthening the construction of policies and regulations to enable them to be truly implemented in the development of the sports industry, simplifying administration and delegating power to give play to the leading role of market economy, and clarifying the division of responsibilities among government departments to lay a solid foundation for the supervision of the sports industry market.
