Research and Analysis of the Selection and Training of Pearlball from the Perspective of the Event-Group Training Theory
Through the method of literature, logic analysis and experiential summary, this paper studies and analyzes the training of pearlball under the perspective of the event-group training theory, aiming at putting forward scientific physical training and technical and tactical training guidance for each player in different positions and stages. The results are as follows. (1) Players in the water area: they are selected according to the selection method of basketball players in the skill-oriented antagonistic event-group in the same field. (2) Players in the blocking area: they are selected according to the selection method of volleyball players in the skill-oriented antagonistic event-group with the net. (3) Players in the scoring area: they are selected according to the selection method of tennis players in the skill-oriented antagonistic event-group with the net. (4) According to the event-group training theory, the technical training of pearlball players in the water area mainly emphasizes the dynamic nature of technical movements to improve their antagonistic ability and accuracy of techniques under fierce antagonistic conditions, and their tactical training is based on full-court press and one-on-one defense tactics. (5) The training of players in the blocking area and scoring area mainly emphasizes the innovation of footwork and hand techniques to ensure the full play of rapid characteristics.
