Research on Improving the Comprehensive Quality of Student Tennis Referees in Physical Education Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities——Taking Neijiang Normal University as an Example
This study uses the method of literature, and expert interviews to sort out the indicators of the comprehensive quality of tennis referees. Taking Neijiang Normal University as an example, this study summarizes the characteristics of the group of student tennis referees in physical education majors in ordinary colleges and universities, and according to relevant indicators, combined with the current situation of the comprehensive quality of student tennis referees in physical education majors in ordinary colleges and universities, it proposes corresponding improvement ways, which provides new directions for the cultivation of the team of tennis referees in ordinary colleges and universities and accelerate the professional development of the team of tennis referees in ordinary colleges and universities.
