基于布迪厄场域理论视角的体教融合现实问题研究

体教融合作为我国体育后备人才培养模式的顶层设计理念,关乎体育强国目标的实现。运用文献资料、理论分析与逻辑分析等方法,通过布迪厄场域理论分析框架,对我国体教融合进程当中的制约因素进行准确识别与分析,发现体教融合的制约因素主要有相关部门职能定位模糊、管理层面欠缺网格化调节、主体利益机制大不相同,而造成这种困境的原因主要是认知惯习的差异性、资本调和的有限性、场域结构的松散性。
Research on the Practical Problems of the Integration of Sports and Education from the Perspective of Bourdieu's Field Theory
The integration of sports and education, as the top-level design concept of sports reserve talent cultivation models in China, is related to the realization of the goal of building a leading sports nation. By methods such as literature, theoretical analysis and logical analysis and the analytical framework of Bourdieu's field theory, this study accurately identifies and analyzes constraining factors in the process of integrating sports and education in China. It is found that the constraining factors for the integration of sports and education are mainly the ambiguous functional positioning of relevant departments, the lack of grid-based regulation at the management level, and the different interest mechanisms of subjects. The main causes of this dilemma are the differences in cognitive habits, the limitations of capital reconciliation and the looseness of the field structure.
