摘要
该文从体教融合背景下高校普通生运动队伍管理优化策略的角度出发,对现行高校体育运动队伍管理模式进行深入挖掘和探讨.认为现阶段高校普通生运动队伍具有队员异质性、训练业余性、目标多元性的特点.发现高校普通生运动队伍在管理中主要存在管理理念、学训矛盾、激励机制、评估机制等方面的问题.建议立足于体教融合背景,提出构建科学的管理体系、协调学业与训练的关系、补充完善激励机制、建立动态评估机制等举措,以推动我国高校普通生运动队伍在体教融合背景下的协调发展,提高学生整体素质,从而更好地推进体育教育事业的创新与发展.
Abstract
From the perspective of management optimization strategies for the sports teams of ordinary college students under the background of the integration of sports and education, this article deeply explores and discusses the current management model of college sports teams. It believes that the current sports teams of ordinary college students have the characteristics of the heterogeneity of team members, the amateurism of training and the multiplicity of goals, finds that there are mainly problems in the management of the sports teams of ordinary college students, such as management concepts, conflicts between learning and training, incentive mechanisms and evaluation mechanisms, and based on the background of sports-education integration, proposes measures such as building a scientific management system, coordinating the relationship between learning and training, supplementing and improving incentive mechanisms and establishing dynamic evaluation mechanisms, so as to promote the coordinated development of the sports teams of ordinary college students under the background of sports-education integration in China, improve the overall quality of students, and then better promote the innovation and development of physical education.
