From the perspective of the complex adaptive system, this paper analyzes the evolution characteristics and control measures of the college campus basketball system. The results show that college campus basketball is a complex system, and that a good political, economic, social and sports environment can provide a reliable guarantee for its development. The government, schools, parents and students are the important subjects that affect the operation of the college campus basketball system. Starting from different participants, this paper optimizes and upgrades the campus basketball system, and continuously improves its operation efficiency, so as to promote the high-quality development of the basketball cause.
