Exploration of the Integration of Aesthetic Education and Yoga Teaching in Vocational Colleges
Comprehensively strengthening and improving the integration of school physical education and aesthetic education is the key work to accelerating the modernization of education in the new era, and it is both a positive response to the spirit of national documents and an optimized reform of school physical education teaching, which not only can promote the development of students' physical fitness, but also improve their aesthetic literacy. This paper takes the physical and mental development characteristics and psychological needs of college students as starting points, and combines the goals of yoga teaching and aesthetic education, and it starts from the dilemma of the integrated development of school physical education and aesthetic education, combines the functions of the beauty of the environment, beauty of language, beauty of sports, beauty of art and beauty of forms of yoga aesthetic education, and proposes realization paths from the four aspects of establishing the concept of aesthetic education, clarifying goal requirements, optimizing teaching methods, and accurately evaluating and assessing, so as to enable students to master the asana and practice methods of yoga, promote the high-quality and balanced development of students' quality education and enhance their good aesthetic literacy.
