Analysis of Action Design and Performance Techniques in Aerobics Teaching
Modern aerobics, as an activity that integrates sports, art and entertainment, has become a preferred leisure sport for art enthusiasts and fitness enthusiasts. Due to its comprehensive nature, the learning outcomes of aerobics highly rely on the scientific design and effectiveness of movements, and they also particularly test the performance techniques and emotional communication methods of coaches. Therefore, this study aims to deeply analyze and explore the basic principles of action design and efficient performance techniques in aerobics teaching, in order to improve the quality of aerobics courses, better meet the fitness needs of modern people, promote the popularization of healthy lifestyles, establish a more scientific, systematic and innovative aerobics teaching model, and provide valuable references for fitness coaches and fitness enthusiasts.
