Since the new era, General Secretary Xi Jinping has expressed a series of new views and ideas on education and sports from the perspective of national strength and national rejuvenation, forming scientific theories to guide the development of physical education in China. From five dimensions: the logic of the times of sports strong, China strong, and the national fortune prosperous, sports prosperous, the theoretical logic of Marxist physical education thought inheritance and innovation, the value logic of putting the people first, the scientific logic of following the essential law of physical education, and the practical logic of taking root in the land of China, this paper analyzes the theoretical truth of General Secretary Xi Jinping's expositions on physical education and highlights the essence of his thoughts on physical education.
