Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Aerobics Courses in Applied Colleges and Universities in Shanxi Province——Taking Shanxi College of Applied Science and Technology as an Example
With the rapid development of aerobics, aerobics events are also rapidly popularizing in the direction of popularization in colleges and universities, and in this context, aerobics courses in applied colleges and universities are also rapidly developing. By understanding the development status of aerobics courses in applied colleges and universities, using literature, expert interviews and logical analysis methods, and focusing on the perspective of male teachers, the author deeply digs deep into the reasons of restricting course development, and explores corresponding strategies to solve the bottleneck of curriculum development, in order to break the actual bottlenecks that affect the teaching of aerobics teachers and the learning and exercise of student in applied colleges and universities, provide theoretical support for aerobics teachers in Shanxi College of Applied Science and Technology and other peer colleges in curriculum construction, education and teaching, achievement promotion and other aspects, and ultimately improve the teaching quality of aerobics courses in applied colleges and universities.
