In the era of digital economy, how to strengthen the effectiveness of digital empowerment in physical education classroom teaching in vocational colleges is an important and urgent issue faced by physical education classroom teaching in vocational colleges. This article conducts an overall planning and research of strategies for improving the effectiveness of digital empowerment in physical education classroom teaching in vocational colleges, and proposes relevant strategies from aspects such as teaching content, teaching methods, teaching data, teaching evaluation and digital platforms, in order to achieve the goal of improving the effectiveness of digital empowerment in physical education classroom teaching in vocational colleges, which has certain theoretical value and practical significance.
