Research on the Autonomous Operation of Grassroots Community Sports Organizations in Liaoning Province——Based on the Analysis of Three Cases
From the perspective of community sports, based on the analysis of the connotation of the grassroots sports organization, this paper extracts the autonomous operation logic of different cases from three highly-representative grassroots community sports organizations in Liaoning Province, analyzes their action spillovers, and proposes countermeasures. It is found that the autonomous operation of grassroots community sports organizations in Liaoning Province faces three main contradictions: the establishment of authority and the competition for regional governance rights, the tension between the internal integration ability of the organization and the external environment, and the ability of the organization to absorb resources and the intensification of regional factional conflicts. In view of this, a healthy operation orientation based on Internet thinking is proposed: promoting the informatization of the organization through online registration, promoting the specialization of the organization through the point reward and punishment system, and promoting the orderliness of the organization through sports events.
