摘要

党的二十大报告提出,推动绿色发展,促进人与自然和谐共生.绿色发展是关系我国发展全局的重要理念,是突破资源环境瓶颈、转变发展方式、实现可持续发展与高质量发展的必然选择.该文主要运用文献资料、逻辑推理等方法,从绿色发展角度探析体育赛事赋能城市高质量发展的理论逻辑,并提出了健全低碳发展体系、优化财政激励措施、加强整体设计规划、加大绿色创新技术的运用、关注公众意识的提升等发展建议,从理论层面为相关政策决议提供参考.

Abstract

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to "promote green development and promote the harmonious coexistence of man and nature". Green development is an important concept related to the overall development of China, and it is an inevitable choice to break through the bottlenecks and constraints of the resource environment, transform the development mode, and achieve sustainable development and high-quality development. This paper mainly uses literature, logical reasoning and other methods to explore the theoretical logic of sports events empowering high-quality urban development from the perspective of green development, and proposes development suggestions such as improving a low-carbon development system, optimizing fiscal incentive measures, strengthening overall design and planning, increasing the application of green innovative technologies, and paying attention to the improvement of public awareness, which provides reference for relevant policy decisions from the theoretical level.
