Research on the Problems and Optimization Path of the Construction of University Physical Education Teaching Staff in China in the New Era
In the context of the new era, building high-quality physical education teaching staff with strong political literacy, the exquisite professional level and advanced teaching methods has become the key to current college physical education teaching. This article uses research methods such as literature and logical analysis to find that there are problems in the construction of university teaching staff in China, such as outdated educational concepts, uneven teachers' professional literacy, the imbalance between the number of teachers and the proportion of students, and the incomplete evaluation system. At present, the Party and the state regard the construction of university physical education teaching staff as an important educational task, and it is also one of the important tasks in promoting socialist modernization construction. Based on existing problems and the necessity of research, this article believes that university physical education teaching staff in the new era need to be further optimized, and that optimization paths should promote the construction of university teaching staff in China from aspects such as conforming to the development of the times to actively update educational concepts, optimize recruitment channels to increase the number of physical education teachers, increase training efforts to strengthen teachers' professional literacy, and do a good job in ideological and political education publicity to scientifically formulate evaluation systems.
