Impacts of the Music Adjustment Method on the Fatigue Recovery Effect of College Badminton Training
Music can alleviate fatigue by regulating individual psychological states, physiological responses, cognitive processes and social interactions. Badminton is a popular sport, and with the increasing intensity of training, fatigue recovery after exercise has become an important factor affecting sports performance and training effects. Therefore, this paper further explores the impact of the music regulation method on the fatigue recovery effect of college badminton training. It has found that during and after the training of college badminton, introducing the relaxation method of music regulation can effectively alleviate students' fatigue problems such as the decreased sense of achievement, emotional/physical exhaustion and negative sports evaluation, which is beneficial for students to relax. It is suggested to pay attention to the introduction of the relaxation method of music regulation in university badminton training, and enrich the relaxation forms of music regulation in university badminton training, so as to ensure the quality and effect of university badminton training.
