With the rapid development of modern higher vocational education, higher vocational physical education teaching is facing a new situation, which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of teaching teams, and how to build a high-level teaching innovation team from the perspective of quality improving and talent training has attracted much attention in the industry. Based on this, this paper first introduces the connotation of the teaching innovation team of teachers, and analyzes the elements and practical characteristics of building the teaching innovation team of higher vocational physical education teachers. On the basis of discussing the current situation and problems of building the teaching team of higher vocational physical education teachers, combined with relevant practical experience, this paper puts forward building and management strategies for the teaching innovation team of higher vocational physical education teachers based on quality improvement and talent training from the levels of promoting team building and the development of social environment adaptability.
