从家庭教育视角探讨学生的体质健康问题

中国学生体质不佳已成为一个突出问题。自1985年以来,8次全国学生体质与健康调研表明了我国学生的力量、耐力等素质呈持续下降状态。该文综合运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对近3次全国学生体质与健康调研进行梳理和纵向分析,从家庭教育的视角讨论了其对学生体质健康的重要影响,并从家庭教育中的家庭体育、家校互动、家—校—社联动3个方面提出了促进学生体质健康的建议。
Exploring Students' Physical Health Issues from the Perspective of Family Education
The poor physical fitness of Chinese students has become a prominent problem. Since 1985, eight national surveys on students' physical fitness and health have shown that the strength, endurance and other qualities of Chinese students have been continuously declining. Using literature and logical analysis methods, this article combs and vertically analyzes recent three national surveys on students' physical fitness and health, discusses its important impact on students' physical health from the perspective of family education, and puts forward suggestions to promote the physical health of students from three aspects: family sports, family-school interaction and home-school-community linkage in family education.
