Sports Anatomy, by studying the structure and function of human motor organs and musculoskeletal systems, helps students comprehensively understand sports and cultivate their scientific literacy and innovative abilities while integrating the elements of ideological and political education in the curriculum into it, so as to effectively guide students to form correct worldviews, outlooks on life and values, which has important theoretical significance and practical value. This article aims to explore the feasibility and effective ways of the teaching of ideological and political education in Sports Anatomy, so as to provide corresponding theoretical support and practical experience for the development and improvement of the system of ideological and political education in the course in physical education majors. By exploring the ideological and political elements in the Sports Anatomy course and effectively integrating them into it, it provides useful references for the reform and development of courses in physical education majors.
