Research on the Impact of We-Media on the Participation of College Students in Physical Activities
This article adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire surveys and mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze the physical activity and we-media participation of college students, in order to enhance their participation in physical activity and help them improve their physical health level. Research has found that in recent years, the BMI index of college students has increased, the decline of their physical fitness is still an important issue that needs to be paid attention to, and that there is still insufficient participation in physical activities among college students, with female students being more prominent. The dissemination of information through we-media has a strong influence and development space in today with highly-developed network information, and its impact on people is also increasing day by day. College students have a high degree of exposure to and participation in we-media, and there is a great possibility of improving their participation in physical activities through exposure to we-media, which has a significant effect on male college students, but not on female college students. There are two sides to improving the participation of college students in physical activities through exposure to we-media, which requires continuous efforts from we-media publishers, we-media platforms, schools and society to reduce negative impacts and enhance positive ones. Schools should screen we-media as a means of communication and apply it to the physical education courses and extracurricular time of college students, in order to enhance their enthusiasm and participation in different types and forms of physical activities.
