摘要

新的教学改革涉及跨学科教学,将不同学科的知识和方法融合到体育教育中,以提升学生的身体素质、心理素质和社会适应能力.该文通过查找文献的方法,探讨了跨学科教学的理论基础、在体育教育中的价值、对体育课程的影响等,以为高校体育课程教学的开展提供理论指导.

Abstract

The new teaching reform involves interdisciplinary teaching, which integrates knowledge and methods from different disciplines into physical education to enhance students' physical, psychological and social adaptability. Through the method of searching literature, this paper discusses the theoretical basis of interdisciplinary teaching, its value in physical education, its impact on physical education courses and other aspects, which provides theoretical guidance for the development of the teaching of physical education courses in colleges and universities.
