Research on Strategies for Improving the Health Literacy of College Physical Education Students Under the Background of Healthy China
In this paper, literature, questionnaire and interview methods are used to study the status quo of health literacy of college physical education students. The results show that the overall health literacy level of physical education students is in the middle level, among which the overall score rate of health knowledge is the highest, followed by health behavior, and the score rate of health skills is the lowest, and they fail to achieve the unity of knowledge and action. Students generally pay less attention to knowledge and skills related to physical examinations and disease prevention, which is closely related to the consensus of the clear separation between sports and medicine in people's concepts, bringing potential difficulties and risks to the practice of the Healthy China initiative. It is suggested to improve the multi-department joint health education mechanism, strengthen the integration of the concept of "sports-education-medicine integration" while working together to create health-promoting schools, make full use of digital media, innovate the information-based "smart system" module, and design and develop a nationwide campus "health literacy assessment" platform, so as to realize digital, virtualized and fragmented learning of information-based health literacy knowledge, and carry out the multi-faceted governance and all-round improvement of students' health literacy.
